ЗАЩИТА РАМЫ

Front racks (cage type frame) are the most widespread type of racks for pallet storage of goods. Logistics terminals, warehouses of industrial enterprises and distribution centers of trading companies are equipped with such racks.

These racks provide high capacity of the warehouses, ensuring high return and profit for the owners. Ease of access to any compartment of the racks represents an advantage of front racks. For this reason such racking system is utilized at multiproduct warehouses with extensive nomenclature of stored and handled cargo.

Racks consisting of vertical frames and horizontal beams of various length are equipped with fixing devices protecting horizontal beams from accidental displacement by pitchforks of a loader. Each compartment of the rack may store 3-4 loaded pallets. Compartment height can be regulated by vertical relocation of bearing beams in increments of 50mm. Racks are installed in single or doubled rows. Transverse stability of a free standing racks within the building span is provided by bracings of vertical frames.

Racks are usually loaded with 2 basic pallet types –800x1200x150mm (referred to as Euro pallet) and 1000x1200x150mm (referred to as a Finnish pallet). Pallets are put into the rack of 1200mm in depth. Racks with their high load bearing capacity are designed for variable loads (up to 5000 kg load on a pair of beams and up to 30000kg load on a vertical frame).
